By accessing or using the services provided by Sweet Stitches, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Services

Sweet Stitches offers handcrafted baked goods and needlework products. All product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Order Placement & Payment

Orders can be placed through our website. Payment for all textiles is due at the time of placement. For all baked goods, payment is required upon completion and handoff of the products. Please be aware that a  50% deposit may be required for bakery items. For further details or inquiries, feel free to contact us. Sweet Stitches reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service at our discretion.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery and shipping details will be provided during the order process. Sweet Stitches is not responsible for any delays or issues cause by third-party shipping services.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all bakery sales are final. In case of damaged or defective textiles, please contact us within 48 hous for a resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sweet Stitches website, including but not limited to images, text and designs, is the intellectual property of Sweet Stitches and may not be used without permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Clark County, WA. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Calrk Country, WA.

Sweet Stitches reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
