Textiles:
You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a full refund on all textile items. To be eligible for a refund, the items must be unused, in its original package and in the same condition as received.
Bakery:
All sales of bakery items are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, returns or exchanges for bakery products due to their perishable nature.
How to Initiate a Return:
For textile returns, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at ursula.stevens@thesweetstitches.com. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
